What You'll Learn

You aren’t broken. You simply have unintegrated parts. Everyone does. This series will teach you how to integrate those parts; bring them forward with love, and grace. So that you may live with more clarity, authenticity, and alignment. You will be guided into deeper states of being so your shadow becomes more visable and transformable. This isn’t about fixing something that is broken. This is transformation, transmutation, alchemy and stepping into your full power.

Session 01

Descent

This is the day of the solar eclipse making it the first for the season. Through a trauma informed lens we will start to understand our shadow and allow it surface. Using tools like guided breathwork, journaling, grounding rituals and group integration to regulate the nervous system and rewire neuropathways.

Session 02

Embodiment

Becoming aware of the deeply rooted energy and emotion in the physical body attached to the shadow and the beliefs we carry. Release old patterns and beliefs through Yin yoga, journaling, and clearing rituals to continue the rewiring of neural pathways.

Session 03

Expression

The night of the first lunar eclipse for this season we will use vibration for liberation. Using sound healing to excavate emotions at a cellular level. Diving deep into self expression with art, and journaling to transform the shadow and allowing the fears to be seen and heard.

Session 04

Alchemy

Deep integration and re-writing the story. Stepping into authentic power using tools like journaling, group shares, tarot readings, and clarifying rituals to connect to your power.
