Slow Flow Saturday
This virtual slow flow vinyasa class is an invitation to move with presence, curiosity, and care. Expect a gentle, continuous sequence that weaves breath and movement together at an intentional pace, allowing space to be with your body in a supportive way.
Class may include mindful transitions, grounding postures, optional holds, and moments of rest to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. Modifications and variations are offered throughout so you can meet your body exactly where it is on any given day.
All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or deepening an existing practice, you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and true for you.
