Settle into a slow rhythm and begin your weekend with intention. This Yin Yoga class invites you to soften, pause, and turn inward through long-held, floor-based postures designed to target the deeper layers of the body, including the fascia and connective tissues.
Expect a grounding, meditative experience supported by breath, stillness, and subtle guidance.
All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or deepening an existing practice, you’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and true for you.
